CANCELLATION, REFUND & NO-SHOW POLICY 

 

We ask each client to provide us with at least a 24-hour notice of cancellation for ANY appointments.

 

The following apply:

·         No-show/no-calls the day of service will be charged the amount of the service booked & $50 fee on clinic dates. You will also receive a loss of treatment IF the package has already been purchased and is in use.

·         Cancellations without a 48-hour notice WILL be charged $50.

·         Clients who have cancelled will not have priority in scheduling appointments and will be given the next available appointment we can accommodate.

·         Cancellation fees will be charged the day of your rescheduled appointment.

·         Refunds will not be provided for ANY service, pre-purchased or not. 

 

Due to the limited availability in our schedule, this policy must be implemented to provide us enough time to fill any available appointment times.
