CANCELLATION, REFUND & NO-SHOW POLICY

At Youthful Elixir Aesthetic Spa, we strive to provide exceptional service while accommodating all our clients. To ensure fairness and availability, we require advance notice for any changes to scheduled appointments.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• No-Call/No-Show: Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in being charged the full-service amount plus a $50 fee on clinic dates. If the service was part of a pre-purchased package, the missed appointment will be deducted from the package.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made without at least 48 hours’ notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

• Rescheduling Priority: Clients who cancel their appointments may not receive priority scheduling and will be offered the next available appointment that fits our schedule.

• Cancellation Fees: Any cancellation fees will be applied at the time of rescheduling.

Refund Policy

• All Sales Are Final. We do not offer refunds on any services, whether pre-purchased or not.
