CANCELLATION POLICY:

We kindly ask each client to provide us with a 24-hour notice of cancellation for ANY appointments.

The following apply:

·         No-show/no call result in a $50 Toxin fee, and loose of treatment.

·         Cancellations without a 24-hour notice will be charged $50.

·         Clients who have cancelled will not be squeezed in and will get the next available slot.

·         Cancellation fees will be charged the day of your rescheduled appointment.

We apologize for having to implement this policy, but due to the limited availability in our schedule, this holds everyone accountable and provides us with enough time to fill any appointment.
